White Sox trade Jim Thome and Jose Contreras.

The White Sox changed infielder / Jim Thome at bat designed for the Law Los Angeles Dodgers lay hands José Contreras for the Colorado Rockies.
The bids were announced on Monday.

In exchange for cash and Thomas, infielder Sox Justin Fuller is the Dodgers.

The 24-year-old Fuller hit 254 with four homers and 17 RBIs in 56 games this season with Class A Inland Empire California League.

The 39-year-old Thom hit 252 with 23 homers and 74 RBIs in 106 games.

In exchange for money and Contreras, the Sox have 24-year-old right to throw left Brandon Hynick Colorado.

Hynick is 10-9 with a 3.83 ERA and two complete games in 26 starts this season with Triple-A Colorado Springs.

The 37-year-old Contreras is 5-13 with 5.42 ERA and 89 strikeouts in 21 starts this season. It has seven seasons in the league with the Yankees and White Sox.
