Caster Semenya Pictures show her easily winning amid controversy.

South African runner Caster Semenya easily won the women's world 800 meters title at the Berlin Track and Field World Championships in 1 minute, 55.45 seconds (the fastest time this year).

That was the easy part, but now she must prove to the International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) that she's a women and not a man.

The IAAF let her compete despite asking the South African federation to conduct tricky test on the 18-year-old runner to prove that she is not a he.
